I have had the most amazing response to a message posted on Genes Reunited last night. No less than thirteen e-mails with information taking us back to 1841. It is going to take a bit of sorting out but there is so much information that I'm sure we'll get something positive from it. More than half the responses came from "Lew" - you know who you are - and she has given us the most detailed and most promising stuff so far. Thanks again Lew. It still amazes me how people are so generous of spirit that they are prepared to put in so much effort to help total strangers.
